ABOUT US

We are a property development business who principally work within Hampshire and Dorset. We find land and run down properties in this fantastic part of the country between the New Forest and the award winning beaches and design and build our high quality homes to sell onto the end users.

We are a family run business that work closely together to create each property as if it was our own home, taking time about every little decision to make sure our final product is ideally suited for the end users needs, and to make sure the property is comfortable, efficient and practical.

We have now completed as a business over 20 Homes in that time and currently have many more properties in the design stage for upcoming developments.

Harnden Homes are the primary designer and main contractor on all our projects, being in control of every aspect of the design and build and communicating closely with every professional needed to create the final product.

Every project we undertake is carefully designed and laid out to get the best final product for the end user, whilst also being attractive externally for the local community and to uplift the area. We work hard to make sure our properties are light and comfortable spaces through careful positioning of windows, roof lights and glazing. 

Efficiency is a very important detail for us at the design stage of our homes, we design our properties to be highly insulated and select high quality products to try and help the end product to be an efficient and low cost to run property.
